AN OPEN LETTER TO POLYMARKET AND ITS LEADERSHIP

Addressed to:
  Polymarket (@Polymarket)
  Shayne Coplan, CEO (@shayne_coplan)
  Polymarket Operations Team

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Dear Mr. Coplan and the Polymarket Team,

My name is [YOUR NAME], a trader operating under wallet [WALLET].

I am writing this public letter to formally document what I believe to be an unfair and misleading resolution of the Polymarket prediction market titled:

"MicroStrategy sells any Bitcoin by May 31, 2026?"

I purchased YES shares in this market, risking approximately $0.00 USDC based on the written resolution criteria as stated at the time of my purchase.

THE WRITTEN RULE STATED:

"This market will resolve to 'Yes' if MicroStrategy sells any
of its Bitcoin by 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the
title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to 'No'."

THE FACTS:

   — MicroStrategy reportedly sold 32 BTC prior to the May 31,
2026 deadline, as later confirmed by SEC Form 8-K filing.

   — The written rule did not require public disclosure before
the deadline. It required only that a sale occur.

   — After the market deadline, Polymarket added new language
introducing a "credible reporting" and "disclosure"
requirement that did not exist in the original rule.

   — This resolution appears to retroactively change the terms
of a contract after traders had already committed funds.

MY POSITION:

I believe this resolution does not reflect the written terms under which I entered this market. I am requesting a formal review of this resolution and a written explanation of why the additional disclosure requirement was applied retroactively.

I am also formally notifying relevant regulatory bodies including the CFTC, SEC, and FBI IC3 of this dispute. My complaint documentation is available at polymarketfraud.xyz.

If this matter is not resolved transparently, I intend to pursue all available legal remedies as part of the collective action being organized at polymarketfraud.xyz.

This letter is public record. I consent to its distribution.

Respectfully,
